Free APK/AAB check

The uploaded APK/AAB is used to read release metadata needed for the check. The public checker does not install, launch or emulate the app and does not add the file to WordPress Media Library. The temporary upload used by the checker is deleted after that analysis request finishes.

Assessment and accepted repair work

If you request an assessment, Studio may process your name, email, customer type, project description, submitted APK/AAB analysis, request status and the project/source material needed to assess the job. If source material is required, it is handled separately from the public checker file. For an accepted order, Studio also records the agreed scope, fixed total, contract acknowledgements, technical work/result evidence, payment state and secure-delivery records.

Why we process it

Data is processed to provide the checker you request, take requested steps before a possible contract, perform an accepted contract, meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, and protect Studio against abuse and security incidents. Short-lived technical connection data may be reduced to a salted fingerprint for rate limiting and evidence integrity rather than being stored as a raw IP address in the Studio request record.

Data minimisation and secrets

Send only material needed for the assessment or accepted scope. Do not send passwords, private signing keys, keystore passwords, API secrets, Google Play login credentials or unrelated personal data through the public form or ordinary email.

Payment and delivery evidence

Card payments are handled through WooCommerce and Stripe; Creator Quest Studio does not store full card details. Final delivery files are kept in a private vault outside the public website. Before payment, the customer can see the exact frozen file name, size, SHA-256 checksum and validation summary. Studio may retain the accepted quote and contract evidence, matching payment state, download receipt, checksum, inspection reminders, delivery confirmation and reproducible-issue report where needed to document the order.

Retention

Active requests are kept while needed for the assessment or job. Unaccepted enquiries may be deleted after 180 days. Contract, payment and delivery evidence may be retained longer where needed for accounting, legal obligations or dispute documentation. Delivered binary files may be removed after the configured delivery-retention period while checksum and receipt evidence can remain.

Service providers and international processing

Studio uses service providers needed to operate the website, send email and process payments. For accepted technical repair work, authorised project material may also be processed with technical development services, including AI-assisted development tools, only as needed to perform the agreed scope. Depending on the provider and processing location, data may be processed outside the EEA; where data-protection law requires a transfer mechanism, the transfer must rely on an applicable lawful mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data-protection rules and the circumstances, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact Studio using the details above to make a request.

Automated technical analysis

The free checker automatically classifies technical build metadata. This is a technical product check, not a decision about a person. A paid repair is offered only through the separate assessment and fixed-scope order process, and Studio does not present an uncertain technical result as successful.
