SERVICE TERMS

Simple terms for a fixed-scope repair.

Each accepted quote is one individual software-remediation service order with one fixed total and one payment. It is not a subscription and creates no recurring payment.

1. Free checker

The APK/AAB checker provides technical release information from the submitted artifact. A PASS means only that the specific check shown passed. It is not a promise or guarantee that Google Play will approve an app.

2. Your right to submit files

You must own or be authorised to provide and modify every APK, AAB, source project and other project material you submit. Do not submit third-party confidential or rights-restricted material without permission.

3. Free assessment

The assessment costs EUR 0. Studio reviews the information needed to decide whether the full job can be completed within a supported fixed service. If it cannot, Studio declines the request before paid work starts.

4. One order · one fixed scope and total

If Studio can take the job, the private request page shows one total price and a written scope for one individual software-remediation service. Acceptance freezes the price, currency, scope, terms version and customer acknowledgements. Work outside that accepted scope requires a new written agreement.

5. Binding order and payment obligation

Using the acceptance button places a binding order for the quoted service and total shown. The order creates a payment obligation if Studio completes the accepted scope and presents the frozen result under these terms. No upfront service payment is taken, and the order is not a subscription.

6. Starting work and consumer withdrawal information

No service work begins simply because you use the checker or send a request. A consumer who accepts a quote and wants work to begin within the normal 14-day withdrawal period must expressly request the early start. If the consumer withdraws after work has begun but before full performance, a proportionate amount for work already supplied may be payable where applicable. The withdrawal right ends once the agreed service has been fully performed following the required prior request and acknowledgement. Mandatory rights concerning a deficient service are not reduced.

7. Frozen result before the one-time payment

After the accepted result has been completed and validated, the private status page shows the validation summary, exact delivery file name, size, SHA-256 checksum and any available test evidence. The customer reviews that frozen result before completing the one-time payment. The file remains locked until the exact matching payment is confirmed.

8. Technical result, not store approval

The accepted scope defines the measurable technical result, for example a specified target SDK, a clean build, a validated AAB or resolution of a named release blocker. Google Play review, account decisions and policy enforcement outside that scope remain outside Studio control.

9. Source, keys and ownership

You retain ownership of authorised project material. Never send passwords, private signing keys, keystore passwords, API secrets or Google Play login credentials through the public Studio form or ordinary email. If a required signing step cannot be completed safely without credentials that Studio is not set up to receive, the order must be handled by an agreed secure method or declined.

10. Secure delivery and 7-day inspection

A completed matching payment unlocks only the frozen file checksum reviewed for that order. Studio records the completed download and begins a 7-calendar-day inspection window. The customer can confirm receipt or report a reproducible issue, and Studio sends reminders. If no issue is reported by the deadline, the order is administratively closed with “no immediate issue reported”. This records delivery and the absence of an immediate report; it does not waive mandatory rights concerning a defect that existed at delivery.

11. Deficiencies and later platform changes

If you report a reproducible issue within the accepted scope, Studio normally has the opportunity to investigate and remedy a covered deficiency within a reasonable time. A price reduction, refund or other remedy is provided where required by applicable mandatory rules. A later Google Play policy, Android version, third-party SDK, dependency or customer-project change is normally new maintenance unless ongoing compatibility was expressly included in the accepted scope.

12. Prices, VAT and receipt

The accepted quote is the total amount due for that order. While Studio is configured as not VAT registered, no VAT is added and no VAT number is stated. If that status changes, new quotes and checkout information must use the updated tax treatment.
